I was just wondering how well time is managed and how well she proposed and explained next steps. Personnel and Reception were also all great which led to a nice experience. Persian speaking doctor was also a great relief to be able to chat as easy as possible.
My initial experience with BUPA dental was ok, in spite of the receptionist keeping me waiting for 10-15 minutes while trying to scan my card. Turned out she was using the wrong machine... Mistakes happen. However, today my appointment was unceremoniously cancelled, 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. I am beyond livid and deeply disappointed with the complete disregard for my time and personal commitments.
