I had a very frustrating experience with the receptionist, Jenny. She called us regarding our three appointments and was extremely rude right from the beginning. She cancelled all our appointments without even giving me a chance to explain what had gone wrong with the SMS reminder. She continued talking over me and did not allow me to speak at all.
