I've been going to dentists since I was a kid. I'm now 75, Dr Will Shield is the most caring. Compassionate, thorough, gorgeous Dentist I've ever been to. And, I've been to many and overseas. His Manner. Care, explaining is second to done, I would recommend him to ally family, friends and all who need care for their dental

I had a really great experience at Bupa Dental Cairns. I can get quite nervous about dental visits, but Will was incredibly understanding and supportive throughout the whole appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. Really appreciated the care and patience — it made a big difference. Highly recommend, especially if you’re someone who gets a bit anxious about the dentist.
Jordan is the kindest and most friendly receptionist! The clinic has very high standards of cleanliness. I felt very comfortable and safe, and I’ll be back in a few weeks to get my fillings done. Thank you!
