5/5 dental experience Took my kids and myself here yesterday to get our teeth checked up and cleaned and I must say all staff here are truly professionals: From front desk ( Rachel ) who politely informed me of cancellation that’s why I was able to squeeze in after the kids appointment, she’s very welcoming ( remained her calm composure even when my kids were ‘being kids’ in the receiving area ), polite ( when I asked her about the ez parking ) and really knows what she’s doing ( she automatically scheduled us for appointmen... read more

From the front desk staff (awesome ladies) to the dentist, the BUPA Cairns team are a breath of fresh air. So welcoming, caring & helpful. Have not experienced this level of overall dental care ever. The front admin team is your first point of contact and they just authentically lovely. So glad I’ve found them & think the kids will enjoy going to the dentist now as well. I walked in at 4.58pm on a Friday (they close at 5pm on Fridays) and was met by Jordan at reception. I was having difficulty getting a prescription filled from another dentist in Sydney. Jordan went above and beyond to help me. Dr Mark Archer the dentist also went out of his way to help me. I cannot thank these two guys enough for their kindness and help. Thank you so so much.

Dr. Shields and his team took exceptional care of me and were very understanding with my concerns. Dr. Shields is friendly and demonsrates a great deal of care in his work. The entire team was helpful and I had an excellent experience overall and will be returning for all my future dental care. Many thanks to everyone!
