Jojo at the reception is seriously helpful. She helped me to know the best way to finish my filling treatment by claiming the full the dental insurance. Dr Rachel and her assistant are very kind and gentle. They have done my fillings treatment very professionally. I don’t feel uncomfortable at all.
Bad experience with Dr. Christina Kim. After the filling on 15 Oct, I experienced extreme pain for 10 days which I had to take ibuprofen daily to manage. And there’s still a lump around injection area. Now the dentist requested me to sign a waiver as a condition for refund. I wrote to bupa customer relations on 1 Dec, till now no respond and no refund yet.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience! I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The front-desk staff were welcoming and efficient from the moment I walked in. Joyce, my hygienist, was incredibly gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring she explained everything clearly and made the entire visit surprisingly enjoyable. The clinic is clean, modern and runs on time, which I really appreciate. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, friendliness and high-quality care so seamlessly. Highly recommended!
We always have such a great experience at Bupa Dental Burwood. I took my child Ethan there today for fissure sealing, and we were lucky to have Dr. Thomas Khoa Nguyen again. He was extremely patient and gentle with my child, explaining everything carefully and making Ethan feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process.
