Dr. Dean Giang performed my wisdom tooth extraction and it went smoothly. I'm very happy with the result. I've been coming to Bupa Dental for 2 years for checkups, cleaning and fillings. I've been very happy with their service and highly recommend them.
I appreciated the friendly and warm welcome of the staff at the clinic specially Jojo. She's a problem solver and immediately explained to me what was going on when I last visited the clinic. Dr Sarah and her assistant were very friendly too and did an amazing job with the cleaning and filling of my teeth. I am happy when I leave. Thank you so much to all of you. You are all amazing. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.
Jojo at the reception is seriously helpful. She helped me to know the best way to finish my filling treatment by claiming the full the dental insurance. Dr Rachel and her assistant are very kind and gentle. They have done my fillings treatment very professionally. I don’t feel uncomfortable at all.
Bad experience with Dr. Christina Kim. After the filling on 15 Oct, I experienced extreme pain for 10 days which I had to take ibuprofen daily to manage. And there’s still a lump around injection area. Now the dentist requested me to sign a waiver as a condition for refund. I wrote to bupa customer relations on 1 Dec, till now no respond and no refund yet.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience! I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The front-desk staff were welcoming and efficient from the moment I walked in. Joyce, my hygienist, was incredibly gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring she explained everything clearly and made the entire visit surprisingly enjoyable. The clinic is clean, modern and runs on time, which I really appreciate. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, friendliness and high-quality care so seamlessly. Highly recommended!
