Staff most helpful and had what I needed
Ok hardware store haven't got as much stock as rockhampton thou.
Today I asked for help with a water hose attachment problem. I was directed to isle 37 & told that a member of staff would be along to assist me there. By pure chance, I met the most willing, caring & considerate staff member I have ever had the chance to encounter. Her name is Ellie. Ellie went beyond her job description & helped me to get back on my way traveling a lap of Australia. Merci Ellie. You made my day! And my message to Ellie “never give up”. Awesome service Bunnings. Always an excellent experience friendly staff make the difference
We visited Yeppoon Bunnings 2 weeks ago and were absolutely stoked with our customer service by a lovely lady by the name of Treen who helped us with curtain rods. Well you will never believe this but two weeks later when we returned to the same Bunnings store, Treen was at the front of the store and welcomed us with big smiles asking if our curtain rods did the job.
