I have been shopping at Yeppoon Bunnings for well over 15 years due to living locally, however it has descended into very poor organisation, staffing and customer service. Product availability is generally poor compared to Rockhampton and even the staff can't find some items. I visited Bunnings in yeppoon yesterday to purchase some items. The person who I dealt with would have to be one of the rudest people who I have ever interacted with. And to be treated like a criminal certainly didn't help matters. I left my shopping in the trolley and went over to Mitre 10. I was warmly received, and provided with all the information I asked for. Perhaps the heirachy from Bunnings could take a leaf out of the service manual of Mitre 10.
