Ok hardware store haven't got as much stock as rockhampton thou.
Today I asked for help with a water hose attachment problem. I was directed to isle 37 & told that a member of staff would be along to assist me there. By pure chance, I met the most willing, caring & considerate staff member I have ever had the chance to encounter. Her name is Ellie. Ellie went beyond her job description & helped me to get back on my way traveling a lap of Australia. Merci Ellie. You made my day! And my message to Ellie “never give up”. Awesome service Bunnings.
