I have been on the telephone to McGraths Hill store for an hour in an endeavour to find out if my order which I placed on the 9th March 2026 has arrived in store with no answer the phone then cut out. You really need to enhance your customer service in this area of your business as at present it is appallingly pitiful. Customer Service you offer the public in this area of your business is nil.
Absolutely appalling experience with Bunnings. I returned some items and was told my $148.97 refund was "processed" yet i'm expected to wait up to 7 - 10 business days (As advised by Bunnings Support Office) for money that was taken from my account instantly. Funny how payments go through in seconds when they're taking your money, but refunds move at a snail's pace when they owe you. It's 2026, not 1995. Electronic transactions don't need a scenic route. Very lovely place
Love the Thornleigh store, wish it stocked more outdoor items. Space is very limited. Staff are very friendly and helpful.Norm on the door is a historic landmark lol. Why has Bunnings’s gone to the expense of a software detail, capturing your receipt via way of text message at check out when your staff Don’t OFFER to do this for you?
