Unfortunately, my experiences at Bunnings Eltham have been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is the customer service, which has been well below what I’d expect. Finding someone to help can be difficult, and when you do, the service often feels rushed or uninterested. The car park is another major frustration. Stephen from hardware section was very helpful trying to find a particular screw. Stephen, if you are reading the message, here is an update. The M6 bolts worked even the matching thread was near M6.5. It did hold the lock up. Cheers
