Worst customer service...actually no service
Very well stocked store. A few older customer service reps who know their stuff but matter of fact , not as friendly as it used to be. A few young reps who dont really know their stuff and dont bother to give suggestions etc. In the evenings after 6 or 7 the checkouts are dismal usuall only 1 which is also the returns counter . The self serve counter should eb open for such times ... strange logic. Couple of times items that were marked down were charged as full price which unfortunately made another trip to the shop.
