The community I have lived in for a few years has changed management companies a few times and Bundy far exceeds the the level of service when compared expectations of a property management company. They are quick to respond and easy to work with. Todd and Bob actually care about their properties and the resident's needs and wants. I highly reccomend them.

Been trying to get paperwork for our HOA Annual Meeting Minutes and Yearly financial records as they are HOA Management for our community. Pursuant to Georgia Law and our Neighborhood Covenants/ByLaws we are required to be provided with an annual meeting where they provide such documentation to the members. I have been requesting for months. Emails are going unreturned. Guess small claims court or call to Georgia state offices is next step.
Seriously wish our HOA would not have been taken over by this company � nothing but issues every since!
