This is my second class. It was intense but I got through it. So far so good
I’m so happy to have this gym open in the Edgewater neighborhood! Despite the delays leading up to the opening, the first few workouts have been well worth the wait. The classes are intense, but the trainers keep the energy high, light, and fun. Looking forward to seeing the results!

I finally got to try Bunda Edgewater and it was absolutely worth the wait! I’ve taken two classes so far and I’m already hooked—I can’t wait to continue this journey. The energy in the classes is amazing and super motivating. The instructors really focus on form, which I love because it helps you avoid injury while actually targeting the right muscles and getting the most out of the workout.
