Incredible service, friendly staff, great selection and quality.
Flowers came and after a full day to rehydrate and plump up, were bruised, wilted, soft, and barely lasted the wedding day. Contacted the company and was told I needed to provide all these pictures I did not have in order to had be a refund be considered. Will never use this company again.
Most of the flowers I ordered were beautiful. However, the thistle that was part of my bundle were dead weeds. Totally unusable. I contacted Bunched direct asking for a small refund for these stems only. They declined. I was very disappointed. Will never order from them again. Below is what the thistle looked like on their website and what I received.
Such a great experience with these flowers! I ordered from four different places and these came true to color description, full of life, and lasted long!
