I took my van in yesterday to be looked at for repairs from a dent and told me they could fix it if I droped it off today. So it got dropped off at 8:30 and at 1:00, when I called them, I was told it was done. When I got here they didn't fix it and it turns out they claim they cant but NO-ONE called me to tell me I had to call them for an update. I have pictures of when i was backed into and when I picked it up. There is no change
Absolutely outstanding! The people here are so nice and their work is top notch. They made sure my car was fixed back to brand new and they were very patient with all my questions! Absolutely love this place
Very disappointed. They have had our truck for a month and they have changed the deadline 4 times and we still don't have our truck. They wanted my husband to pick it up with a broken tail light cause they ordered the wrong part . Now they claiming...oh we forgot to do an alignment....really!!!! I can't believe a month is a normal turn around for repairs. I will never suggest them to anyone.
I had minor damage to all sides of my Audi A4. He matched the paint flawlessly. I am very thrilled with the outcome. If needing more help in the future, Bumpus will be my first call. Recommend them highly.
