I am leaving my original review of Bumpus Auto so you can see that I genuinely loved them and was loyal for 20, that’s right… 20 years!! But I will no longer take my repairs here. The repairs are lacking and they do not stand behind their paint work. Original:Great group of people. Have had many dealings with them and all have been wonderful. Great quality work & awesome customer service. Will always get my family and I's business.
Easy experience with dropping off my vehicle to the shop. Stayed in contact almost daily through the process of repairs. Great doing business. Bonnie was great and patient with explaining the process. Definitely recommend!
