This is the man from Ohio. I absolutely knew nobody in town and lost a fan belt on my mother’s 2011 Subaru Outback. I pulled into their parking lot, went inside and was treated with the most respect and friendliness. To top it off, they even had the belt in stock and the price was reasonable! They loaned me the tools to get the job done. I changed the fan belt, started the car and threw the new fan belt off! One of the idler pulleys went bad.
