Ok, Long story short. I just called and I speak very well in English was calling for my husband who doesn't speak English. My brother-in-law also doesn't speak English. well he told us to go to bumper to bumper they can help us. Well i started to tell her what I needed. She was very rude and not willing to help. She said oh well that was Carlos maybe special order something. My point is please if you are not willing to help or don't know what I was needing no need to be rude.
