I went to this bumper to bumper location to get parts for my Toyota Prius and was less than pleased to say the least. There was a fellow there named John who was very rude. Began yelling at me because I parked in front of the door. This man has some serious anger issues and needs some professional help. I felt as though I may be attacked simply for parking in the wrong area! If i could give negative stars I definitely would!
Went to Bumper to bumper for new hubs and wheel bearings for my truck. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cam, Cam was pleasant to deal with. He was very helpful and friendly. Cam is the perfect example of customer service. Will happily return to deal with Cam.
Better than average auto parts and accessories. Staff are always knowledgeable of products and buying options.
Makes so upset and kind of ticked off at the same time. Just couldnt leave well enough alone, Just couldnt take "Bear's" place, just had to take KC Auto. Dammit. My husband used to work at KC, which he loved it and was always his dream to return back to town and try getting back in there to work. Guess He Cant Now!!! He'll be so crushed when he learns its gone..
