Lauren and Anna are absolute gems. They truly care about their clients and are true specialists for pregnant women and mamas. They each tailor their sessions to help you wherever you need it the most all while taking into consideration all the *frequent* changes your body goes through during pregnancy and postpartum. They’re so thoughtful and professional and I’m very grateful to have found them. They’re also wonderful with my little kiddo, even when he decides to exercise his lungs. Highly recommend!
All the staff at Bump and Beyond have been exceptional. Melanie's massage was incredibly relaxing, while Lauren's focus on my lower back brought much-needed relief. Anna's attention to my core strength and shoulder has greatly improved my mobility and supported my lower back. I am truly grateful for the wonderful care they have provided.
When I went into Bump and Beyond, I could barely walk on my left leg due to pregnancy sciatica nerve pain. Within 24 hours of seeing doctor Lauren, I could walk without any pain and felt completely back to normal! It’s so hard to prioritize self care and with Bump & Beyond everything is streamlined to bring your kiddos with you. I had a complicated postpartum and hernia surgery and their diastasis recti Core Fit program with Anna has been a game changer. I am so thankful that I found Bump & Beyond and Dr. Lauren for my prenatal chiropractic care.
