We love Dr. Lauren! She’s helped so much with our baby’s development. I never knew a chiropractor could be so beneficial in so many ways for our baby’s growth… truly a game changer for keeping our girl comfortable as she learns how to be on the outside!
Lauren and Anna are absolute gems. They truly care about their clients and are true specialists for pregnant women and mamas. They each tailor their sessions to help you wherever you need it the most all while taking into consideration all the *frequent* changes your body goes through during pregnancy and postpartum. They’re so thoughtful and professional and I’m very grateful to have found them. They’re also wonderful with my little kiddo, even when he decides to exercise his lungs. Highly recommend!
When I went into Bump and Beyond, I could barely walk on my left leg due to pregnancy sciatica nerve pain. Within 24 hours of seeing doctor Lauren, I could walk without any pain and felt completely back to normal! She listened and treated every single concern I had with my body due to postpartum, pregnancy, or past injuries I told her about. She cared! It’s so hard to prioritize self care and with Bump & Beyond everything is streamlined to bring your kiddos with you. I had a complicated postpartum and hernia surgery and their diastasis recti Core Fit program with Anna has been a game changer. The outward appearance as well as my core strength has dramatically and noticeably improved after the initial 10 sessions and I’ve started another one because I love the effects so much. Lauren is Webster technique certified, something that I always look for in a chiropractor who works with pregnant and pediatric patients.
