Such a fast home birth that Melissa was the only one there other than my husband! She very calmly told me how to catch my own baby. In fact, as soon as she arrived at the house her calming presence made a huge difference in the energy in the room and how I was tolerating labor. I am so glad to have had her in support of my birth. She also instantly connect with my two-year-old daughter the first time they met and once the baby was out and the midwife was there, she was so helpful. With everything! We had the most amazing experience tonight seeing our baby girl Finally felt the hands on experience I been searching for!! Finding out the gender of our baby the old fashioned way through a sonogram was EXACTLY what I wanted. Thank you so much for the hospitality and laughs guys. We will definitely be back
