Like most photographers I've tried a number of on-line photography printing companies. I love their acrylic - the photos are printed very close to what they "should" be printed. I tried their dibond; it's a matte finish and doesn't have quite the "depth" of the acrylic but it's less expensive.

There isn't just one word to describe my experience! But if I had to say one word... amazing! I was in a bind for my art exhibition and stumbled upon a video from Bumblejax. I emailed them for a quote that night and with in 20 minutes, I received an email back. Tate, was on it! Not only did he provide by far the most excellent customer service for my very important prints, but helped with ordering specifics, time and date and personally made sure they all were printed to perfection. Excellent customer service every step of the way! All of my questions were answered via Live Chat, which made ordering my acrylic prints very easy and efficient. Email notifications on shipment were very prompt. When I received my prints, I was very impressed! My photography printed beautifully! I've already placed another order!

I have tried a number of other companies for acrylic and metallic prints and Bumblejax is the best, reliable, consistent company I've found. Prices are fair for their quality, staff always available to help and they get the job done when they say! All of my shipments have arrived at galleries on time and to my clients. I just ordered my first sample block and was blown away by this item. I love this company and would highly recommend them!

Great results with just the right level of communicating with the customer around fulfillment. Since my original review, I continue to use Bumblejax as my go-to for personalized art work and unique gifts for friends and family. I am especially a fan of their aluminum and acrylic mediums. They do a fantastic and consistent quality product.

The customer service is top notch! They took care of me every step of the way. They were very responsive in all the email questions I had. When something was not right, they went out of their way to make it right. The pieces that I ordered are like no other. They definitely stand out over the traditionally framed and metal prints.

Giving this company a 5 stars is just not enough. As an artists I never send my prints directly to the galleries/Auction-Houses or collectors as I want to check them first. With Bumblejax I have the artwork sent straightaway to the client. It's about trust. My last artwork (Two 30x45 in photographs. Face mounted on acrylic) looked impressive at the "bG" gallery in Santa Monica. Thanks!!!
