I heard some dripping in the morning on the first floor ceiling when we ran hot water. Our neighbor referred us to Ken. He answered the call right away and told us that he was dropping off his wife at the airport. He said he will be here in 30 minutes which he did. After he came, he looked at the pipe and the issue. He has so much knowledge and explained to us why we hear those dripping sound. He didn't charge us anything!! So fast and professional at the same time so personal as well. We love his stories.

I’ve used Bumblebee Plumbing twice. The first time I had a leak in the bathroom shower that was seeping down to the lower level ceiling. Ken came over, diagnosed and fixed the leak. He was super professional, friendly and reasonably priced. The second time I called because I had accidentally broken my kitchen faucet handle and needed to 1) turn off the running water and 2) fix the faucet. I called and set up an appointment, they never called me back to confirm the time or the date date, and never showed up at all. Will not be doing business with these people.
