A Wonderful Doctor. Dr. Fred Toffel is a wonderful Doctor. He knows his field of study and keeps up with the latest and newest advances. He spends time with his patients and listens to what they have to say. He has made all of the difference in the health of my husband. His training has helped my husband get and keep his blood sugar under control.
