Getting info/pricing would get a mixed review. I first spoke with Britt who gave me two pricing options, $99 special for initial treatment with service agreement to continue ongoing treatment every two months at $65/treatment or $199 for one-time. We tentatively set an appt until I decided which option to take. When I called back the next day, a woman rep said the one-time treatment was $120 and said they only offered monthly or bi-monthly ongoing treatments. They came out during the time alloted for the appointment. The guy was polite and answered all the questions we had, treated the problem, and scheduled the neccessary follow up appointment.

If our technicians feel that the initial treatment may not solve the problem, they are proactive and will schedule a follow up visit for no extra charge. This will ensure that the problem is under control.
I was new to TX area and they provide a lot of information about the plants and what was needed for my house since I am in a new development and they are still building.
