Avoid if you don't want to be locked into a contract Pretty much pigeon hole you into signing a one year contract. Are not flexible want to lock into a contract or make you pay a ridiculous amount for a one time service. The customer service guy was very rude and yelling at my fiance when she tried to explain we did not want to be locked into a one year contract. The actual tech was very nice but their customer service people are unprofessional to say the least.

Bulwark Review We love Bulwark. We had their initial service when we moved here in 2004 and have continued with them. Eric was our service person for a long time and then he changed locations. Excellent Customer Service with Eric Burch We have been with Bulwark for three years and have had a wonderful experience with our technicians, however the technician who has been with us now for over a year is the best! Eric Burch not only takes care of our house but knows who we are when he opens the door (and not just because my name is on the invoice!) , he knows my dogs and does an excellent job of keeping the bugs out!!! Thank you Eric for your excellent customer service!
