Ben Sykora-Awesome Tech!!! Ben Sykora came to do our initial set up with Bulwark Pest Control. He did such a thorough job unlike our previous pest control company/tech. He was so incredibly personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail of what he did on the inside and outside of our house. I am so happy to be with Bulwark. Sally Young We have a stubborn infestation of Argentine ants, so we weren't surprised that we needed a follow-up. David Wollen came; he tracked them back to their entry point and sprayed to keep them out. He explained how they are living in the pine needles around the house and what we need to do to draw them out. He is obviously conscientious, because he said he would be back to check and apply more to ensure that they are gone. His professionalism and concern to eliminate the problem are great assets.
Great Service!! We've been using Bulwark for a few years now and they always accommodate all of our needs. They come out regularly to spray for pests and usually that's all we need. However, recently we got infested with moths!!! All of a sudden, they were everywhere in the house! Our technician John L came out for our regular spraying and was more than happy to investigate our moth problem. Impressed First time customer for Bulwark was very please with the service my technician was Wills who was professional friendly thorough and helpful. I was surprised that I did not have to sit around all morning waiting for the technician to come.
Excellent, friendly service Ben S not only did a thorough job on the house and yard, he also took the time to make sure I understood what chemicals he used and why. He was sure to be friendly to all of us: me, my husband, my young daughter, and the dog!
Great customer service Another great service provided by Bulwark Exterminating! Yesterday's service was performed by Jose Rojas Rivera. He was very thorough and explained the different methods he used to treat our house, how they work and, importantly, when our dogs could go back in the yard.
