Since Phillip Rushing became our technician, we haven't seen any more scorpions. He is very polite and does a fine job even when we are not home during the service. He always tells us what he is doing and responds to any concerns we have.
Today was the first time meeting Tonia. She was such an awesome technician. She was polite and very personable and loved the dogs and they loved her back! Afterward she asked if there was anything else she could do! WOW - how many people ask that any more? She was not in hurry and did an excellent service job plus she came out before the appt because of a change of schedule. Thank YOU!

It's been years since we've had our house sprayed (I know, that's bad...) and suddenly noticed an increase in spiders and earwigs... and then our poor dog got fleas, which has never happened to us the 16 years we have lived in Prescott Valley. After some research, we decided to try Bulwark. I was so pleased they could have me scheduled the next day! Our service was completed by Toinia and she was great.
