Mr. Travae Johnson was professional the minute he pulled up to our home. He ensured that the outside of our home was sprayed and prepared to deal with any creatures. Inside our home, he put on slippers and then prepared our home to fight off any creatures. Overall, he was super nice, professional, and took his job serious.
