I was fed up with my previous pest control company so I called Bulwark. I explained to them my situation with a carpenter ant problem. They spent a good amount of time with me on the phone and were very knowledgable and nice. Josh L. came out and looked at the situation and treated the area. He also offered me some advice on how to prevent them. So far I am very happy with Bulwark.
Jeffrey was really kind and helpful. He did a great job.
Kevin Ybarro was very thorough in his first visit at our house. He was very prompt in responding when we had to change our time. He was even willing to come right away when asked, even though he may have had other houses ahead of us. But because he was already in the area, he made time for us. When he came to the house, he was personable, energetic, and also did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone. I rate him five stars!
