Just had my first service post the initial treatment with Bulwark, as performed by Trey this morning. What a positive experience it was! Trey was professional, timely, courteous, thorough, and clearly aiming to please in every way possible. I enjoyed meeting him and appreciated the way he went about his business and also asked and listened to any input / requests. Looking forward to this continued relationship and feeling good about my decision to switch to Bulwark!
Bulwark always does a great job. When I have an issues, they are very quick to send someone out at no additional charge! Everyone they have sent out are great people and I enjoy talking with them. Edward was the latest and he did a great job.
Excellent service, Edmund has been providing our service with Bulwark and we couldn't be more pleased! He is friendly and always greets us with a smile. He addresses concerns we may have, takes time to answer questions with knowledge and patience, all while thoroughly applying protection to our home! He has taken care of big jobs (Asian hornets) and small jobs (ants & spiders)!! Thanks Bulwark, for sending us the best!!!!

We just had our first treatment with tech Charles T and he was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and performed with efficiency and care. I mentioned we have wasps outside and he was able to locate and destroy 2 large wasp nests. I look forward to hopefully working with him further in future appointments.
I signed up for a termite inspection and pest control. David Mullins was assigned as the termite person to install the termite stations in my yard. After working a few minutes, David said that we had alot of tree roots in our yard, and he needed some more equipment to install the stations. He said he was going to get it and come back. A few days later, with the traps left uninstalled sitting in our grass, I called CS to get an estimated time David was planning to come and finish the job. Our tech Edmon K always does such a great job! Today he had to use a heavy power spray in the yard. He really is knowledgeable and answers all the questions, so nice and polite too. Thank you!
