Long time customer. Austin was my tech today. He was very thorough and careful. After he left, I realized he’d missed an area I wanted him to get. I called him and he came back right away. Turned out it was my mistake and some miscommunication. He’d gotten everything in the first pass. Austin handled it all like a pro.

Ben Sykora is the bulwark technician that came to my house yesterday and he went above and beyond in his service. He reached every nook and cranny including the corners in my garage. Despite the heat outside, he spent a long period of time - making sure to treat all areas. He was polite and very respectful. Thank you Bulwark, Terry Austin
