We have had to come here twice for some unfortunate situations. First, one of our dogs was hit by a car. I was there before they even opened and they let me come in without question. Everyone was more caring and helpful then I could have expected. Luckily, he is making a full recovery. Second time was to allow one of our other dogs to pass peacefully. We were very surprised when we received a card from the staff with their condolences. Thank you so much for caring. That is something lost in business these days.

The hours are fantastic! The front desk staff are wonderful!!! The owners always come out to talk to you. The staff is just wonderful!! My dog came home from being spayed and she was just fine... They were able to get her into be spayed with in 48 hours of calling and at the same time removed a two inch skin tag off her chest while she was under. They even trimmed her nails while she was out because they had were very long when I got her two months ago! They took great care of this six year old dauchshund girl!!!
