This company has been kind and responsive to my concerns previously but the quality of the last brace I received has been troublesome and disappointing. The appliance is obviously flawed and the attempt to correct it is unacceptable. After 2 years of pain and destroying shoes and thinking I was doing something wrong, I compared my old brace with the new BULOW appliance and discovered the BULOW brace was not crafted correctly. My daughter has been coming here all her life to Scott. He is so great to work with and the entire team has always been pleasant and exceeded expectations. The front desk is the sweetest person and I never feel like we are a number here or rushed through our appointments. Scott takes time to answer all our questions, ensure a good fit, and has taken time out of his schedule to attend therapy appointments and coordinate with physical therapists. Do not go here the only thing they care about is money will lies straight to your face and the insurance company
Bulow is fantastic! I am the caregiver for a friend who has a prosthesis and a brace on his other leg. Bulow went to doctor's appointments with us after his surgery to check when he would be ready for his prosthesis. They are caring and compassionate, knowledgeable and tremendously skilled. We highly recommend Bulow.
