I have rented from them for 3 years now, anytime something needs fixing (which is almost never) they have someone there right away. friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend using this company if you are looking to rent property.
Listed one of my houses with them a couple months ago and so far they have been doing a great job. They had renters placed in both units within a couple of weeks. One of my concerns with letting a management company handle my property was being taken for a ride when it comes to regular maintenance. They have handled everything and their rates are very reasonable.
Professional property management company with highly efficient and good systems in place for tenants and landlords. Reasonable and easy to work with and always responds in a timely manner.
