Nick and Bullseye Property Management took excellent care of our rental management needs. Nick was always easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. It was so great not having to worry about the details of renting a property!
By far the best management company I have worked with. Nick is very professional and quick to respond to any issues we may of had. Security deposit was back in less than 5 days from move out. Would recommend Bullseye to anyone looking to rent a home or have Nick and his team manage your property.
Landlord here, I want to address some issues raised in a previous review. You moved into an update home 6 years ago and only decided to move out because you bought your own home, not due to any issues with the condition of the property. The roof was promptly replaced upon being notified about it in 2021. I can provide the paid invoice and pictures as evidence. Deposits not fully refunded. I cleaned, washed walls, removed trash, and cleared landscape as required. Landlord very lax on repairs. Some never fixed. Moved due to mold and mildew from plumbing breaks, roof leaks, electrical issues, ac, and constantly raising rent. From 1295 to 1895 plus tax over six years. Replaced washer and only partially reimbursed. Management company is not on your side. Not a healthy place to live until all drywall removed and replaced.
