I've worked with Nick and his team at Bullseye for several years now. I own 2 properties that I have themmanage for me. The service can be summed up by the following: Set it and forget it. Market research, repairs, vetting, and evicitions, they handle it all with aplomb. Bullseye makes owning my rentals 10x easier than it would otherwise be.
