I lived in my rental for 7 years. Early on Bullseye took over as the property manager. They were fantastic. They respond to maintenance requests right away. They were always responsive. When I purchased my home and gave notice of moving, they were wonderful in the move out process and excited for my next chapter. If I had to rent in the future, I would go through Nick and bullseye property. I was also very blessed to have really sweet homeowners. This was such a positive experience.
Almost rented a house through this property management a few days ago. We decided to not because we felt a little miss led with the listing and with the owner taking days to supposedly respond to the team. The deposit they wanted was an absorbent amount and there were things in the contract that they thought the tenants should be responsible for but in fact it should be the owners.
I've worked with Nick and his team at Bullseye for several years now. I own 2 properties that I have themmanage for me. The service can be summed up by the following: Set it and forget it. Market research, repairs, vetting, and evicitions, they handle it all with aplomb. Bullseye makes owning my rentals 10x easier than it would otherwise be. If you have a rental property, don't waste your time and money elsewhere. Have Bullseye manage it for you.
