They "manage" my townhome association. They are a joke.
Hey John being the 15 emails about your tenant at 9238 golden pond ln hasn't worked maybe this will get your attention. They still haven't picked up their dogs waste that I emailed you about. So if you like dog crap laying all over your yard, and don't want want your property management to enforce the rules bullseye is for you.
I've been renting from bullseye for three almost four months and when we moved in we had a list of things that needed to be fixed. It has been a COMPLETE nightmare!!! They still haven't fixed anything. They keep asking us to send pictures and asked us to call the power company to trim a tree that has been on a line since we moved in. They said they were working on all of these things. I am starting to feel like we are being scammed and we will like come home and all the locks will we changed and our stuff gone... very unreli... read more

Very untrustworthy and unethical company. Their property listing and agent, Kurt Sutherland, told me absolute lies. they claimed "Completely remodeled! New kitchen cabinets, appliances and laminate flooring. Also, new paint throughout as well as carpet!" This was a lie. I had a showing and everything was trashed. Nothing was new, the carpet and paint were ruined. There were holes in the walls! The listing claimed the property had central air. It didn't! I live next to a Bullseye managed property. Let me say the renters are the loudest neighbors I've had. Banging all hours day and night. They have a dog as well, they do not pick up after their dog. I've contacted Bullseye and have communicated with John. He does nothing about these problems. My opinion is if you want your property value to drop because of Bullseye buy their services.
