I thought for what i paid the process would be handled well. it was not, they booked two less than i asked even after texts confirming the number. i was constantly told i would get the information, tonight or tomorrow at the latest, it never happened until the day before leaving. we did not get the seats we were processed. they did process my credit card quickly. i spend a lot on events and travel, this group will never get my business again nor will i recommend them for personal or business events.
Waste of money!!! Food was terrible and it was honestly a boring atmosphere. No celebrity chef's either. Science center food. Save your money for the game!

We purchased suite level tickets for the Eras Tour, and while there were several issues in the ticketing process, I initially tried to be understanding as some seemed out of the company’s control. However, things took a turn for the worse just days before the concert when we were notified that our suite would be relocated, with a less favorable view than promised.
