Reading the negative reviews, I’m wondering if these people have the wrong shop. I called Bullpen last fall to get a part and he was cheaper and faster than 4WP, and added military discount to boot. When I showed up to pick the part up, he saw my leg splint (I’m a disabled vet) and offered to install it immediately, also at a discount. I can’t recommend strongly enough. I’d post more stars if Google would let me.
Jon took on a difficult project for me - lifting a Second Gen Sequoia - and despite breaking some of his own equipment, completed the job on time. I have since been back to have Jon install spacers and he charged me 1/2 what 4WParts had quoted when I bought the part. Unlike most shops, Jon will install gear purchased elsewhere. I have put 25K miles on the lift kit without any issue. Jon does quality work and any vague negatives reviews you read are bogus.
Bullpen Garage is the ONLY place I will ever take my truck for upgrades and modifications. Bullpen is owned and run by Jon R., who is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and thoughtful people I know.
