Very easy to work with. When I leave a message they call right back. The person who gives you shots is quick and friendly.
My grandson has needed his allergy meds for 2 weeks and my daughter has been calling for 2 weeks with no answer. She finally had to drive 25 miles to address the issue and they admitted to not answering the phones. This isn’t the first bad experience. He had a previous appointment in which they locked the door 2 hours before they were scheduled to close.
