Love Dr.Schaff and his staff! Have been taking my animals there since I was 19. I love hearing his stories about all his animals.
I have been a client for the last 10 years! I have to say, I couldn't have made a better choice! Sadly we are relocating and I'm so afraid I won't be able to find a vet more caring the Dr. Schaaf! He is the greatest!
I have been a client of Bullitt County Vet for a number of years. I had a beagle who after several years developed bladder cancer. The doctor and Jessica took excellent care of her. The day she was dying the doc came in on his time off. He took care of her in her final moments. A few months later someone had brought in a Shitzu which was found off the side of a road. Good local place to take your baby. My little Lacey got groomed here for the first time..she looked adorable! And the staff, sheila,(i think) made me feel comfy leaving my girl for the day to get groomed. Thx guys!
Only the best of care is acceptable for our little Rosie. As soon as we pull in in she gets excited. She absolutely loves going to the doctors. She is always greeted by the staff with excitement and open arms, Which completely sets the stage for a very comfortable, relaxed visit with DOC. Which whom by the way is fantastic! Rosie loves him to pieces, and clearly trusts him. She has an appointment in the morning to get her first puppy big girl groom. I just know she will be spoiled rotten while in there care.
We had a very bad experience with our last groomer in Etown, so we reluctantly made the appointment for grooming at BCAH. They were so sweet, and good with our kitties. My daughter even made the statement, that the atmosphere was so much better at BCAH. We already made an appointment for June!
The receptionist was very rude and did not seem to be happy at all. We will never return.
