Great customer service and quality product.
Took a little longer than expected to come in. It was a factory issue, so not necessarily their fault, although communication could have been better. Delivery was great and they were very helpful. When we powered up the tub, the lights would not turn off nor rotate between the different light settings. I called on a Saturday and they turned it in to their tech service. We bought a Bullfrog spa and we love it! It matches our woodwork on our house and is so easy to use not to mention how wonderful all the different way it massages you! We love it!!!
