This was an incredible experience from Jeff in sales to all the delivery guys. They were all professional and timely. I highly recommend the Scottsdale store.
Run for the hills if you plan on buying from these guys. Once we gave them the money, we were forgotten about. 1 month with the hottub and they yet to come hook it up. The last two weeks we have been in constant contact and all we have had is no shows. “I will look into this” is all we get. Update: 1 year later the service still sucks! We have had 3-4 different technicians to come fix a leak in our hottub. Never gets fixed and each technician is like starting over. They have zero communication and want to fix our hottub.
