We had James come to my house to replace a panel on the front of my hot tub. He was very personal and very professional. Just a great kid!!! I've had great service with bullfrog spas every time someone comes out. James came over to replace a part on the 4th of July. 10 stars for James!!!!! Thank you!!!

Harvey was incredibly helpful, polite and great with following up further to our installation. The spa works great and the customer service response was quick and timely. The installation team were great and gave good instructions on how to use the spa.

We purchased a hot tub from the Bullfrog store last month. Harvey helped us through the process of selecting the right one. He was very patient as we explored all our options (and we looked at a lot of them). Once the hot tub was installed, we noticed the filters weren't in the tub. Harvey drove to our house that night, after work. He showed us how to install the filters. He even helped us change some of the settings on the tub.
