I wish I had seen Janet's review. Got a new spa from this factory location and they have the worst service. I would not recommend buying from this brand. They gave me a install date and did not show up. They called me again to setup a time and they showed up 5 hrs late. Told them to install the spa to face a certain direction and they installed it opposite direction. When I called and told my sales person, he said he can't do anything about it and I need to call service. I called service and left a message and no call back. ... read more
We loved our Bullfrog spa until it needed repairs. Just a tip… DO NOT call Bullfrog repair services! The same technician came out three times attempting to fix a leak. He charged us each time for different repairs. After$1200 the leak was not repaired and he informed us it would need to be hauled into the shop to be evaluated. I did not have confidence he knew what he was doing. Frustrating!
We had the pleasure of working with Harvey to get our new hot tub and he was excellent! Super friendly and took lots of time with us to show us so many different options and find the best fit for us. Thanks Harvey!
About 45 days into ownership of our S150 swim spa and happy to say it’s a great addition to our back yard. We tell people it’s the best money we spent yet on our home remodel. We were looking at inground pool construction, but this option gives us the fitness aspect of a pool that was our primary objective, without tearing up the landscape and dealing with 6 months of construction.From a cost standpoint, it can’t compare- this was easily half the cost of a basic inground pool project. We had James come to my house to replace a panel on the front of my hot tub. He was very personal and very professional. Just a great kid!!! I've had great service with bullfrog spas every time someone comes out. James came over to replace a part on the 4th of July. 10 stars for James!!!!! Thank you!!!
