NO, Beth Hood, TattoosByBeth TheTattooBetty told me she was diagnosed with HEPATITIS C and I have never been given information that she no longer has it. Until a clean bill of health is presented, I can not recommend.
RecommendedBeen coming here for at least a year. The place is clean. Like the free wifi. Beth has done over 30 hours of detailed art and has charged me fairly for the great quality of work. She works very well with designing the pieces I want to the very specific details I want implemented in them. Highly recommend this place.
