We have had Bullet Security in our home for several years now. We love everything about them. The security system and cameras work so well for us. Occasionally, we have had wifi problems and on the first phone call our problems are solved. Really helpful people work at Bulletin Security, especially Riley whose service is 20/10. Keep up the great work Bulletin Security! 😊
We are very pleased with the recent service to upgrade and add new cameras to our building. Cole supported the planning and sales process and really understood our needs. The team of installers - Mike, Calvin and Parker, were excellent. Ming and Miguel completed an absolute perfect installation of cameras on our home. 80% of the wire needed to be hidden and I can’t see any of it. They were more than willing to help out after showing me the ins and outs of the app and installation of the program on my Mac computer, which was a huge help. Super nice guys too five stars all around!
Just an excellent company with some of the best service anywhere. I have been using Bullet Security out of Victoria for many years. The equipment is excellent with very few issues. Whenever we need advice or service it is almost immediate response. Cam is the service fellow that has always looked after our account and he is one of the absolute best. . Always responds whether holidays or not and very quickly and always solve any of the very few issues over the last 7-8 years. Highly recommend this company.
We just moved into our first home and opted to add a security system and smart fire & smoke alarm for extra peace of mind. Cam was an absolute dream to work with! He clearly explained our options to us and provided reasonable quotes in a timely manner. Shay arrived to complete the install and was just as wonderful. He was clean and thorough, and ensured I (a not so tech savvy person) was feeling confident with using our new system. We would highly recommend Bullet Security to anyone!
