I would never recommend Michael involving ANY real estate transaction. During the sale of my house Michael’s interests revolved solely around maximizing his sales commission. He fabricated a very stressful situation - after my house was sold no less - to further along his game. Arguments ensued as he masterfully manipulated all players.
