RecommendedExcellent customer service!! Wire was poking through on the handle and I was getting scratched. Called customer service and was advised to send pictures. Ten minutes later, I received an email that the purse was defective and they were sending me a replacement free of charge!! Received it a few days later!
so I've had mine for about 3 years and the lock seized up on it. And so I contacted them totally expecting to get the runaround and not only were they courteous and friendly they are sending me a brand new lock to replace the one that's on the box currently. they Rock
Received a purse for Valentine's Day. I noticed that the zipper was coming apart and contacted customer service. They advised me that my purse was out of stock and would not he back in stock until May but if I wanted another style they would be happy to send me another one. I told them I would wait until May. I contacted them in May and they advised they were sorry but they still had not received them, it would probably be June or July so I picked another purse. They sent that purse immediately. Guess I am not as lucky as everyone here. Bought a Bulldog extreme rifle case 40". After just 2 mos. of usage, the carrying strap on the back began loosing it's threading. Sent pictures and invoice, but was told I have to wait 2 mos. for replacement. Not good. The protection of the case is good, but warranty service is not, considering it's only 2 mos of usage.
Do not buy their Crossbody Purse with Holster (Large). After four months pieces of metal are poking through the strap, scratching fingers and snagging clothing. We contacted them but because we bought through Optics Planet, they will not refund the money. They have offered to repair them, but the metal is poking through both the canvas backing and the leather front, so I don't see how it can be repaired. Both purses are doing the same thing.
I recently purchased a Bulldog Book Safe from my local gun store. When I got home I had a issue with the the. I called Bulldog and they assisted me within minutes to solve my problem. Great - Excellent - Caring customer service. You deserve 10 starts! Thanks !
