I've had my purse just a few months and it was coming apart and had defects. I emailed customer service and they were really nice and they are sending me a replacement purse. Not to mention I LOVE this purse... it's the perfect size, love the concealed carry zipper on both sides of the purse. Love everything about it. Very happy with Bulldog!

Awful fitment, craftsmanship. and customer service. Dimensions are off by more than their website states.
Bulldog is Made in China. You may want to reconsider that. I went with Made in USA instead.
