Nice apartment complex for seniors.
so I called because I seen a for rent sign the manager told me to go check out the unit. I went with my daughter. Looked at it asked for an application the manager asked about my income I work in the medical field and mentioned I’m Native American and get per capita from my tribe (more income). All of a sudden the manager was like I can’t turn in my application no more. Why?? Because I said im Native American?? Smh racist manager!!!

This is the best place in Fresno for the money you pay. Up until last year, the affordability factor manageable but ever since PGE rate went through the roof, so has the cost of living due to the inefficient cooling systems and horrible apt unit design and age of units. Summer time bills are over 400.00. They are nice units but just outdated. It's a quiet complex with plenty of lighting and security cameras. Parking can be tricky at times late night but ok.
