Totally agree the Bullard garden is a great place to live unlike the cedar common Apartments please stay away from that place because your rent will increase every 6 months and never end
THEIR NEIGHBORS CEDAR COMMONS ARE FAR WORSE. SINCE 2012 OUT OF CONTROL CEDAR COMMONS HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY RAISING THERE RENT YEAR AFTER YEAR IN INCREMENTS OF $50.00. FROM 2000 - 2012 THE RENT FOR A 1BD. APT. WAS $595. THEN DUE TO DROUGHT APPARENTLY CAUSING WATER RATE HIKES IN FRESNO THEY RAISED THE RENT AS WELL....NOT JUST ONCE BUT CONTINUOUSLY AND THERE IS NO END IN SIGHT BECAUSE NO ONE IS COMPLAINING.
