Too bad you can't leave 0 stars. Do not, I repeat, do not even think about calling this place home. The complex and it's management company, Indio, are nothing more than slum lords. My daughter moved in December 16, 2022 and has had nothing but issues with the property and the so-called on-site manager. She has been dealing with weeks of plumbing issues...her pipes burst, no emergency services available. Her ceiling is caving in from the apartment leaking above her. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. So far since the “new management” has taken over we’ve been without running/hot water 3 separate times, Nov 15-22, Dec 15-21, & Dec 24-30. They do not care or move with any urgency during times like this & they’re never in the office to answer questions even though we pay $1,081 for a 1 bdr 1 bath. The parking sucks & the walls are so thin you’ll hear your neighbor sneeze. Save your heart aches & money. DON’T MOVE HERE.

Apartment office is impossible to get ahold of and do not return any phone calls or emails. For days we had no AC during the summer and office dragged their feet to fix it. Currently we have had no running water for days and the office again cannot be reached about this issue. The office clearly has no regard for the safety and well being of the people living here.

DO NOT RENT FROM FINLEY APARTMENTS. They refuse to fix any plumbing issue. Chris in the office does nothing to make this place better. No hot water? Not their problem. Broken pipes for several days? They do not care. They won’t answer their office phone and avoid helping residents at all cost. I urge all residents to report this apartment to the state for unsafe living conditions/failure to provide basic necessities. Indigo Management needs to be shut down immediately.

I would not recommend someone live here. They kept pushing the move in date back when we were supposed to move in. When we finally did move in, they did not clean or inspected the unit. There is holes in the walls, no lights on the ceilings, no fans, and bugs and it’s just overall nasty. There have been things that I just haven’t been able to clean because of the amount of stuff that has just been caked on and not properly cleaned over the years.
