Had my first CrossFit experience and it challenged me every second! The trainers are awesome and motivating, making sure you are going at your own pace and not killing yourself trying to keep up with everyone else. I was intimidated at first because I'm nowhere near the level of fitness to complete these workouts but the effort is what counts and I surprised myself. If you need structure and something to push you to your limits, this is the place to be!
Another awesome adventure doing drop ins at local CrossFit boxes. Mike, did a great job at coaching and motivating. Leo, made me feel welcome and Terry is really awesome. Next time I'm in El Paso for work, I will be dropping in again. Great work out environment.
I've been going here for about ten months and I love it!!! Great work outs and amazing coaches and friendly environment!!! Highly recommend it!! Love that it is full service... classes for men women and kids!!!
One of the best decisions I ever made hands down! Started with one of their 12 classes promotion and then decided to sign their unlimited plan. Their Femmefit program is simply one of the best workouts you'll ever do. Coaches & staff are simply awesome and great down to earth people. Don't wait any longer and just give it a try!
My first class was super awesome. I didn't feel judged at all. The coaches are awesome and very encouraging. Can't wait to keep going and become a complete bull.
