I attended the gym for almost one year and the trainers were not effective with the workouts. They just worried about making money than having good coaching . Also beware of them sending you to collections after only one missed payment.
I’ve never done CrossFit before and I don’t exercise at all so this was all new to me, everyone there is sooo nice and encouraging and they push you and they motivate you like heck and I just absolutely love this place! Love terry, Danae and Alyssa! They are why I look forward to coming back every time. I give this place 10 stars ⭐️!!

Great environment coaches are amazing was doing their femfit class and just transferred to their CrossFit. Very friendly everyone works together great place to go .
